Baking Recipes – White Bread

One friend asked me this morning about one of baking recipes to make white bread on my mail group. So I want to share it here also for you. Here is the white bread recipe:
Ingredients:
1. High protein flour 1 kg
2. Instant yeast 15 gr
3. Castor sugar 60 gr
4. Shortening 60 gr
5. Salt 15 gr
6. Milk powder 40 gr
7. Water + 630 ml
Working steps:
1. Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and milk powder. Knead it to make it well mixed.
2. Pour water slowly with still continuing mixing. Stop the water when your dough is little bit develop.
3. Add margarine and salt with still knead it until your dough getting develop.
4. Round the dough and rest for about 10 minutes.
5. Divide the dough become two parts and give a more rest for about 15 minutes.
6. Fold/mould the dough like white bread and put it in baking pans which shortening covered previously.
7. Ferment it about 90 minutes.
8. Bake it until well done. For baking temperature 200 oC, it takes 20 minutes to bake it.
The most important key for this baking recipe is the high protein flour. If you use lower protein, you will face developing problem of your dough. Better choose your flour carefully to obtain best result.
